WHAT WE ARE DOING TO KEEP YOU SAFE USING HOME HEALTH DURING COVID

All clinicians and office staff are COVID-19 certified.

Vitals will continue to be collected routinely at each visit and anything that is out of parameters will prompt a COVID-19 screening.

All staff are taking their own temperature and logging it every morning prior to seeing patients as well as following handwashing and infection control procedures.

COVID-19 education goals will be included in your upcoming Plan of Care.

YOU CAN TAKE THESE STEPS TO PROTECT YOURSELF AND OTHERS

Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. If soap and water are not available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer. Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.

Avoid close contact with people who are sick.

Cover your mouth and nose with the inside of your elbow when you cough or sneeze.

Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces.
